Overview
Aqua, located in Lifeboat Quay, Poole, is a residential building consisting of 97 apartments, that had been identified as having non-compliant cladding and fire safety wall issues. The building was covered in an unsafe terracotta system with combustible materials behind it. The remediation work involved removing the unsafe cladding and replacing it with a non-combustible substructure and Cedral Click weather boarding, similar to the original terracotta colours.
