AIM Open State Cavity Barriers are effective fire barriers for open state voids up to 425mm in width, tested to the ASFP Technical Guidance Document 19 (TGD 19) & the general principles of BS EN 1363-1, offer an extended fire rating of up to 120 minutes insulation and integrity performance, suitable for open continuous ventilated air spaces of 25mm & 44mm. They offer compartmentalise structures, restrict the spread of fire and smoke, improve occupant safety, contribute to building code compliance. Ideal for enhancing fire safety in modern buildings.
