The Certifix CF-DSH-2-A Distance Set is a specialized fastening system engineered for the efficient installation of light panels onto wooden substructures. Crafted from pickled, passivated, and lubricated A2 stainless steel, this set is ideal for outdoor structures such as carports, pergolas, and canopies. By providing a complete, pre-assembled package—including the screw, seal, and sleeve—it transforms the traditionally cumbersome two-person task into a fast, easy-to-install one-person solution that can be processed immediately out of the box. This set features a truss head with a SIT® 20 drive for superior power transmission and a partial thread designed specifically for timber anchoring. The inclusion of a large SD19 umbrella sealing washer ensures a significantly improved seal, particularly on corrugated profiles, by adapting perfectly to the material's surface during compression. This ensures a watertight finish while protecting the panel from over-tightening.
