High pull-out values even in thin-walled components. More thread turns are formed in the displaced material owing to the thin sheet metal tip.
Fast screw-in speed due to double thread.
No subsequent cleaning of the roof surface is needed thanks to chip-free fastening = time and cost savings.
Hexagon head: High power transmission.
Pressed on washer: Robust and insensitive to dirt, ideal for head painting and no damage to the component by the screw-in tool.
EPDM sealing washer: long lasting, UV-stable and prevents the ingress of water whilst providing a long-lasting seal for the connection.
Double threaded thin sheet metal thread: High pull-out forces. Guarantees fast screw-in speeds.
Thin sheet metal tip: Chip-free penetration of thin sheet and aluminium. Higher folding forces, more threads involved due to funnel formation.
