ProcellaPro® A1 Sheathing Board 2500mm x 1200mm x 12mm (1x Pallet)

ProcellaPro® is a non-combustible calcium silicate-based fibre cement sheathing board using cellulose fibres for structural strength. The board is pre-squared to large format sheet sizes of 2400 x 1200 mm as standard. ProcellaPro® achieves A1 rating to BS EN 13501-1 with a PCS value of 0.85MJ/kg making this suitable for any project over 18m unlike some cement particle boards because it does not contain wood chip. This board is easy to cut using rail/plunge saws and easy to install using CFCBS Cement Board Screw fixings back to SFS faming and standard conventional site tooling. ProcellaPro® is available in 12mm thickness as standard giving your walls additional rigidity and strength. Thanks to a density of 1250 (+/- 50) kg/m3 the board also offers excellent acoustic dampening properties. The board is light weight at 18.56kg/m2 for the standard 12mm version. 10mm thick boards also available. ProcellaPro® is less absorbent than plasterboard, timber or sheathing board containing timber fibres (such as some cement particle board) and thanks to the calcium silicate and cement base used in the production process, the board is highly resistant to insect and fungal attacks.
