The fischer Superbond mortar FIS SB is a hybrid mortar based on styrene-free vinyl ester with silane technology, enabling extremely high bond strength and load level. It can be used with various system components, including anchor rods FIS A and RG M, reinforced threaded anchors FRA, and reinforcement steel. When using the internal threaded anchor RG M I, the fixing point can be removed when surface-flush. The FIS SB is suitable for fixing heavy-duty items such as railings, noise barriers, and steel structures in internal and external areas.

Strong bond strength: The injection mortar FIS SB achieves a really high load level.
Variable anchorage depths from 4x to 20x the threaded rod diameter enable perfect adaptation in line with the load to be applied: Ensures an optimised installation time and use of materials.
Top application temperatures of up to +150°C and even approved down to a chilly –15°C: Opens up new usage areas for bonded anchors.
In combination with the internal threaded anchor RG M I, this product enables surface-flush removal and the reuse of the fixing point: Providing top flexibility.
The standard threaded rod FIS A can be set for light dynamic loads with the mortar injection system FIS SB in the sizes M12 and M16 in steel grade 8.8 or in the sizes M12, M16, M20 and M24 in stainless steel R and the fischer filling set.

  • Functionality
    The injection mortar FIS SB is based on a vinyl ester hybrid with silane technology. It is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation and can be used with the threaded rod FIS A or the internal threaded anchor RG MI.
    Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are not mixed and activated until dispensed through the injection cartridge.
    The mortar is extruded bubble free from the drill hole base.
    The mortar bonds the entire surface of the anchor with the drill hole wall and seals the drill hole.
    With push-through installations, the annular gap between the threaded rod and fixture is filled with the injection mortar FIS SB.
